Western Australia’s gas shortage has been caused by an explosion on June 3 at the Varanus Island energy plant run by Apache Energy.
In a recent media statement, Premier Alan Carpenter has congratulated West Australians for their co-operation in ‘reducing their use’ over recent days, which has helped save vital energy supplies.
